Warranty Policy
3-Year / 36,000-Mile Parts Warranty
We stand behind the quality of the parts we supply. All parts provided by Kings Automotive are covered by a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.
Coverage
Replacement of defective parts supplied by Kings Automotive.
Labor associated with replacing a defective part originally installed by us (if applicable).
Warranty service must be performed by Kings Automotive, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, or modifications.
Normal wear-and-tear items unless specifically stated.
Any part not purchased directly from Kings Automotive
Customer-Supplied Parts
We are happy to install parts provided by our customers; however, customer-supplied parts are not covered under our 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty. Because we cannot verify the quality, origin, or condition of customer-provided components, no warranty of any kind—parts or labor—will be offered on installations involving customer-supplied parts.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and schedule an evaluation appointment. All warranty assessments and repairs must be performed by Kings Automotive, subject to safe working conditions at the chosen service location. All warranty determinations are made at the discretion of Kings Automotive.
